Sea Sports Scuba, the largest dive retailer in Houston, has been in operation since 1985. From its inception as a single store operation, Sea Sports has grown with the dive industry and the Houston dive community to its current position as the largest continually running scuba retailer chain in Houston! Sea Sports Scuba owns four indoor swimming pools which are utilized year around for teaching scuba diving and swimming lessons. With four locations to serve the diving community, Sea Sports can handle all of your diving needs: training, equipment sales and service, domestic dive travel and international dive travel!

| Instructor-led International Dive Trips |
| Sea Sports Travel sponsors dive travel adventures to many diving destinations around the world. Typically on an annual basis Sea Sports Travel sponsors between twelve and eighteen international dive trips and thirty to fifty Flower Gardens trips. Sea Sports Travel has escorted more than five thousand divers on Flower Gardens dive trips since dive boats have been available to dive the Flower Gardens. |

| Houston Area Scuba Training Leader |
| Sea Sports Scuba is the local leader in PADI dive training, and has certified more than sixteen thousand open water divers. Each year, Sea Sports trains over 40% of all PADI certified divers in Houston, and through our 22 year history, we have trained more divers than any other Texas retailer. Sea Sports utilizes over 30 PADI certified scuba instructors across our network of stores. Our instructors are some of the best in the industry with over 230 total years of combined teaching experience in all forms of scuba instruction! |

| Equipment Repair and Air Fills |

Sea Sports is a factory recognized repair facility for Aqua Lung (formally called US Divers), Seaquest, Apeks, Atomic, Sherwood, Mares, Dacor, Oceanic and Zeagle. Our highly trained technical staff can also repair and service other prominent brands of dive equipment.
All four Sea Sports locations are certified air fill stations and can handle all your compressed air needs from cylinder refills to NITROX blends. Each of our locations can also conduct the important annual air cylinder visual inspections (VIP) and can arrange for your cylinders to be hydrostatically tested, which is required by federal and state law to be conducted every 5 years. All staff members are trained and certified PSI/PCI cylinder inspectors. |

This award, granted by the Council on Retail Excellence, a dive industry organization comprised of key manufacturers and training agencies, is only given to a few retailers each year. In winning the C.O.R.E award, Sea Sports Scuba was one of only 15 dive centers (out of 1,700 in the country) to receive this award. |
